Guided tour of Master Gardeners Vegetable Garden
Join us for a tour of the Shawnee County Extension Master Gardeners Demonstration Vegetable and Community Garden just steps away from campus! We'll take a guided tour of their recently moved garden and gain inspiration for our own garden. We'll talk about their gardening strategy, their successes and failures and have time to ask questions from the pros.
Please meet us at the Washburn Community Garden located on the south side of the LLC at 5:15 p.m. to walk over together to the master gardener garden. You may also drive there and meet us at 5:30 p.m. The garden is located at the former Stout Elementary School at 2303 SW College Ave.
Open to students, faculty, staff and community members.
