The 2025 Leadership Challenge Event is a leadership conference and competitive simulation. Teams of 5 students from high schools and colleges attend from throughout the state and nation. Registration opened on October 1st and is limited to 40 teams.

March 6, 2025 - 6:30 - 8:30 pm - Banquet - Townsite Ballroom
March 7, 2025 - 7:30 am - 5:00 pm - Leadership Competitive Simulation - Hotel Topeka and Maner Conference Centre
