2024 Tax Filing Season CLE
The two (2) hour presentation will provide a current update (as of the date of the event) of current cases (and those being litigated) and rulings. Also addressed will be current IRS developments of relevance to the tax filing season including the issuance of any key Treasury Regulations that bear on the preparation of 2024 returns and newly issued or revised IRS Forms. Prof. McEowen will also examine what the future of tax policy could be in 2025, including the likely continuation of significant parts of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 as well as the prospects concerning Farm Bill legislation/extension.
