This Earth Day, join artist and former physician Nancy Tilson-Mallett, MD, FACP, for a healing art workshop. You'll learn how visualization and creativity can support your health. Nancy will guide you through a relaxation mediation centered on landscape imagery. You'll also create a silk painting inspired by your peaceful place.
