Invisible barriers for Muslim women seeking employment, services, and education in the U.S.

In the United States, Muslim women face numerous obstacles, including discrimination and refusal of services. Even social service agencies tasked with helping women, and public offices tasked with representing them, fall short of providing access. Bassima Schbley, Associate Professor of Social Work, will discuss several local and national cases from her twenty years of experience in social work.
