Urinetown: the musical by Mark Hollmann and Greg Kotis will be presented by Washburn University Theatre on March 31, April 1, 7, 8, 9 at 7:30 pm and April 10 at 2:00 pm.

Tickets can be purchased at https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/61676 or at the Washburn Theatre Box Office prior to performances.

The production, directed by Dr. Julie Noonan, is a laugh-out-loud satirical musical about a town facing a drought. The show humorously highlights the struggles between the capitalistic company who controls water access and the poor who rely on it for basic services. Washburn Theatre is thrilled to bring this beloved musical to life!

All donations to the Washburn University Theatre for "Urinetown": the musical, will go to support a student trip to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2022.

Washburn University Theatre encourages audience members to wear masks for the health and safety of all sharing the theatre experience.
