This semester Washburn University students and alumni have two opportunities to meet with employers and graduate schools! On Sept. 15 from 10:00 - 2:00 pm Career Services is hosting an in-person career fair in Lee Arena and the following day, a virtual event via students' Handshake account.

Career Services staff members are available to prepare you for both events, including buildng a resume and answering any questions you may have. You can set up an appointment to meet with Career Services and also review organizations planning to attend the career fairs by logging into your Handshake account at washburn.joinhandshake.com.

All students are invited to take advantage of this networking opportunity to meet with employers and graduate programs. At the fairs, you can explore different career fields, learn about part-time and full-time jobs, plan for internships, and discover graduate school options. These will be the ONLY general career fairs this semester and students are encouraged to participate in both events.
